About SNOA Volleyball
SNOA Volleyball is part of the Southern Nevada Officials Association which is itself
chartered by the Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association. SNOA Volleyball
provides officials for high school volleyball matches in the southern half of Nevada,
and a corner of California.
SNOA trains and assigns officials based solely on their ability, without regard to
gender or ethnicity. We follow the rules of the National Federation of High
Schools, including taking their national rules examination.
